At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. If your scooter doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes it easy to initiate an exchange or a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our technical support team will review your request within 24-48 hours to confirm the product's eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your scooter in its original box with all included accessories and affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our service center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
